Training needs assessment
The goal of this service is to identify and evaluate training needs at individual, group and corporate level. It helps management to identify problems and issues in this area and then sort out those that can be solved through training.
AIMS Human Capital consultants are committed to defining the performance gap - the difference between what employees are able to do and what they are expected to do. We help you fill the gap between actual and required performance by assessing the current and future standards of employee's performance (by discussing it with management and conducting training needs survey), advising on adequate training programs and result evaluation tools.
